Provenance: France or Germany
Date: 1870-1890s
Size: about 37 cm in diameter. Each flower is about 0.9 cm in diameter.
Materials: tiny fabric flowers, wire, silk ribbon (easy to remove). The orange buds are NOT WAX
Technique: handmade tiny fabric flowers. High-quality vintage French millinery
Condition: Restored. It is possible to wear it but please, do not consider if you are looking for something new: this is actually something old.
